BATH —  The Chocolate Church Art Center,  804 Washington St. will host the Celebrity Bob Dylan Poetry Slam, March 14, from 5 to 7 p.m. Local celebrities will present their favorite Bob Dylan song through creative interpretation.

Sheriff Joel Merry of Sagadahoc County; Bob Keyes of the Portland Press Herald; Gary Lawless, owner of Gulf of Maine Bookstore in Brunswick; Jonas Werner, owner of Azure Café in Freeport, and comedian Johnny Ater, are among the 15 celebrities scheduled to appear. Celebrity presenters will face a panel of judges and rely on audience applause to determine the best style, interpretation and performance.  

Tickets are $15 in advance and $18 at the door. Concessions will be available.
