George Steffey gives his race bib to fan Alex Krupka, 10, of Fayston, Vermont, at the end of his second giant slalom run of the U.S. Alpine Championships at Sugarloaf on Tuesday. At the time of his finish, Steffey was in first place, but ended up in 11th place after all of the competitors finished.
