The Met Opera 2016-17 Live in HD season comes to an end on Saturday, May 13, at 12:30 p.m. at the Leura Hill Eastman Performing Arts Center in Fryeburg. The dream cast of Renee Fleming (in her final Met performance as the Marschallin) and Elina Garanca as Octavian star in Strauss’s grandest opera, Der Rosenkavalier. White Mountain Cider Company will be serving lunch in the lobby starting at 11:30 a.m. Joe De Vito will host his Opera Lecture Series on Thursday, May 11, at 3 p.m. Tickets to the opera are $26 for adults, $23 for seniors, and $18 for students.
