Director Dave Jones said the new playground has already been a hit with neighborhood children — some 40 to 50 were using it after school on Wednesday. Mayor Bob Macdonald said the playground is a fitting tribute to Lionel Potvin, a former city councilor, calling him a “neighborhood champion.”
