Increase Robinson Library summer hours

SUMNER — The Increase Robinson Library and Neighborhood House will open for the season on Tuesday, June 6.

The library’s hours will be from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the summer. It will also open by appointment.

A lending area and research help are available.

Garden club annual luncheon

FAIRBANKS — The Mt. Blue Area Garden Club will hold its annual membership luncheon at noon on Tuesday, June 6, at Fairbanks Presbyterian Church.

A business meeting will follow the luncheon.

PPL offering Ebook help

PARIS — The Paris Public Library will offer a drop-in Ebook help night from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 6, at the library, 37 Market Square.

Anyone who owns a tablet and would like to know how to borrow ebooks for free from the library and read them on the device should bring their tablet with them.

Finishing first in flight A E/W were Barbara Newcomb and Nancy Farmer; second in A and first in B and C, Diana and Frank Ferland; third in A  and second in B,  Claire Lyons and Jim Krainin; fourth in A, Rosemarie Goodwin and Luke Merry; third in B and second in C, Denny Raymond and Jim Dickens; fourth in B and third in C, B.J. and Steve Cavicchi; fourth in C, Elaine Dresser and Arlen Riis.

Games are played at 9:15 a.m. Fridays in the recreation building, King Street. All bridge players are welcome to attend. A partner is always guaranteed.
