Chuck Hill and his wife, Juanita, of Tampa, Florida, take a break from walking their silky York terrier named Jacko on Main Street in Norway on Tuesday morning. They found him beside a road four years ago, malnourished and hungry, and adopted him and nursed him back to good health, Chuck said. The Hills are visiting their son and grandchild.
