Whitney Wallingford, foreground, and Karen Fuller decorate their classroom for an open house at the Temple Shalom Preschool in Auburn on Wednesday. The preschool will open its doors Thursday from 5 to 6 p.m. to answer questions and introduce staff. Full-time openings are available for students 2½ to 5 years old attending Monday through Friday, as well as part-time openings with flexible options. Preschool hours are from 9 a.m. to noon with an extended day option from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
