Molly Lachance, 9, of Lewiston and Arthar Anduha, 8, of Auburn hand their Halloween candy to dentists Rose Sheline and Calvin Kenley during the Halloween Candy Buy Back at the Norway Savings Bank Arena in Auburn on Wednesday. Sheline and Kenley of Maple Way Dental Care gave the children $1 per pound to keep and 50 cents per pound for their school. The candy will be given to American troops through Operation Gratitude. Sheline said this is her seventh year offering the candy buyback, and she and her staff collect more than 200 pounds each year. After giving back their candy, children could ice-skate for free.
