Members of the Augusta Symphony will convene Wednesday, Nov. 15, at the Oasis of Music, Trinity Church, Lewiston, to perform a wind quintet program of light classical music.  Members of the Augusta Symphony Orchestra Wind Quintet include Chris Lansley, flute, Necia Chaperin, oboe, Louise Foxwell, clarinet, Lee Lenfest, french horn and Chris Falcone, bassoon.  On this week’s program are works by Danzi, J.S. Bach and Agay, as well as the R.E. Brown arrangement of the folk song Shenandoah, and “Beethoven’s Fifth Bossa Nova,”  arranged by Terence Greaves. The Oasis of Music recitals, held each week at Trinity Church, 247 Bates St., begin at 12:30 and run until 1 p.m..  The public is invited free of charge.  FMI: Call 344-3106.
