Sarah Renee Lane of Albany Township got her very first buck on Wednesday while hunting in Albany Township.  The eight-point buck’s dressed weight was 144.5 pounds. Lane said she shot the buck with a .243 caliber rifle, and without a game camera, tree stand or blind, “just walking in the woods looking for signs, being still and quiet.” (Sarah Lane photo)
