Auburn Middle School eighth-graders Andrew Pape and Addy Avery mount their exhibit Thursday morning at Museum L-A in Lewiston. They were among 80 middle school students working on the “Hidden Treasures” project, part of the museum’s Kids as Curators program. Opening night for the exhibit is Friday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The students found objects in the museum’s collection that went with themes they researched. The students will be on hand Friday to narrate their exhibit and discuss what they learned about the community. (Russ Dillingham/Sun Journal)
