• Zackary Horice Duprey, 30, of 70 River St., Lewiston, on warrants charging driving after having been declared a habitual offender, violating conditions of release, possession of a scheduled drug, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic apparatuses, 8:03 p.m. Wednesday on Center Street.

• Paula Hitchcock, 44, of 16 Pauline St., Sabattus, on a charge of theft, 1:15 p.m. Thursday at Walmart.

Lewiston

• Antonio Rembert, 41, listed as transient, on charges of domestic assault and possession of a scheduled drug, 3:34 a.m. Thursday at 258 Blake St.

• Michael Black, 46, of 17 Horton St., on a charge of domestic assault, 2:15 p.m. Thursday  at that address.

• Jose Pena, 30, of 98 Blake St., on charges of criminal trespass, obstructing government administration and refusing to submit to arrest, 4:30 p.m. Thursday at 72 Walnut St.

Accidents

• Vehicles driven by Matthew M. Decker, 24, of Turner, and Patricia Poisson, 77, of Minot, collided at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday at Park Avenue and Lake Street. Both vehicles, Decker’s 2013 Chevrolet and Poisson’s 2008 Mercury, were towed.
