Lewiston and Maine State Police converged on Rails Restaurant on Friday when a suspicious object was noticed on the natural gas intake pipe for the restaurant. A state police robot, back left, grabbed the package and blasted it with a water gun. It was classified a fake bomb, intentionally placed to cause alarm.
