The guest speaker at the River Valley Rotary Club Fellowships meeting held at HOPE Association on April 22 was Gary Dolloff, director of the Greater Rumford Community Center (GRCC), 50 Congress St., Rumford. There are 304 members who pay an average monthly fee of $20. Dolloff has been with GRCC for more than 30 years. He spoke on the services and programs offered to all ages.
