AUBURN — Corrina Tancrede’s Turtle series has come down from the Gritty’s Art and Ale window in Auburn and a new display has gone up for the month of June. This time it is a group show comprising the awardees from Wicked Illustrations 10th Annual Student Art Show which includes Wicked students as well as students from Lewiston Public Schools and Saint Dominic Reional Academy.

Paintings, drawings, a paper mache and a mosaic piece from local young artists grace the Art and Ale wall. Pieces from two of the art teachers Kay Allison and Melanie Therrien, are also on display. Therrien of Wicked Illustrations has Tree of Life painting on display from her latest series and Allison, an art teacher at Lewiston Middle School is showing a fused glass piece. Corrina Tancrede’s work can still be seen at Wicked Illustrations during regular hours or by appointment.
