OXFORD — Five candidates are vying for two seats on the Board of Selectmen in the June 12 election.
Dana Dillingham, Samantha Hewey, James Bowden Jr. and Shawn Morse are running for the positions held by Scott Hunter and Peter Laverdiere.
Hunter is seeking re-election; Laverdiere is not.
In November 2017, Hewey lost her bid against Caldwell Jackson to fill the seat of Scott Owens who resigned.
In June 2017, Dillingham lost his bid for a seat on the board to Ernest “Ed” Knightly.
Bowden and Morse are both new to the political scene.

Polls are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Public Safety Building on Route 26.
