The public is asked to use extra caution in the Twin Cities this weekend because some roads will be closed and others will be down to one lane to accommodate visitors attending the Great Falls Balloon Festival.

On Friday, the Longley Bridge, heading into Lewiston from Auburn, was reduced to one lane and will remain that way until the festival ends Sunday evening.

There will also be some brief traffic delays as the parade passes through Auburn at about 11 a.m. Saturday.

Elm Street will be down to one lane, Main Street (from Elm to Court) and Court Street (from Turner to the bridge) will be closed during the parade.
