Catholic Library to address opioids

RUMFORD — For anyone with a son or grandson addicted to opioids, the Rumford Catholic Library will host a meeting to discuss how means for recovery may be identified and implemented, and what can be done to assist.

Pine Tree Quilters Guild meeting

NORWAY — The Pine Needles chapter of the state wide Pine Tree Quilters Guild meets from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursdays in the community room of the Norway Town Office, year around.

Both hand and machine quilters are welcome.

There is a schedule of optional activities such as occasional road trips, group projects and monthly trips out for lunch.
