Nancy L. Timberlake

1943 – 2018 

Auburn- Nancy L. Timberlake, 75, a former resident of Boothby Road in Livermore, passed away Monday morning, October 29th at Clover Manor Nursing Home, with her loving family by her side. She was born May 18, 1943, in Lewiston, the daughter of  Chester and Leatrice (Rose) True. Nancy attended Leavitt Institute and graduated from Livermore Falls High School. She studied at Midstate College and received her BA and later received her CPA. 

On April 11, 1963, she married Phillip A. Timberlake in Livermore Falls. They enjoyed 42 years together before his passing on November 24, 2005. Nancy worked as a CPA for Austin and Associates, retiring in 2005. She was a member of The Village Scrappers Quilting Group in Livermore as well as the Livermore Woman’s Club. Nancy was an Avon dealer and enjoyed helping people with their taxes at her home.

She is survived by her daughters; Leanne Timberlake of Livermore and Lucinda Timberlake-Kwit and her husband Roman of Hinckley, Ohio, and her grandchildren Alexandra and Dar’ya Kwit, her siblings; Sandra Burgess and her husband Reggie of Leeds, Patricia True of Madison, Larry True and his wife Joyce of Leeds, Timothy True and his wife Phillippa of Hartford and Russell True of Hebron, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, infant brother, infant sister, her brother Roger True and her sister Joanne Mitchell. Funeral services will be held 1PM, Saturday, November 3, 2018 at FINLEY FUNERAL HOME, 15 Church Street, Livermore Falls, Maine.  Visitation will be 12-1PM prior to the funeral service.  Interment Pleasant Hill Cemetery, 100 Fayette Road, Livermore, Maine.
