RUMFORD –  On Friday, Nov. 2, 2018, heaven gained another angel, Constance L. “Connie” Arsenault, who passed peacefully, with her family by her side.

She was born on April 13, 1941, in Lewiston, to John and Gertrude (Nutting) Bennett of Leeds. She was educated in Wilton schools, and transitioned to work in her parents’ bakery in Wilton. She was employed later in life by Bass Shoe, Linnell Motel, and the Cozy Inn Nursing Home.

She enjoyed gardening, canning, sewing, knitting and doing puzzles. She also enjoyed having Monday night dinners with family, and spending time with her beloved grandchildren, and special grandson, Damien.

She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Calden of Minot, sons, Dennis Calden and wife Colleen of Mexico, Ricky Calden and wife Melanie of Rumford, Ronnie Calden of Richmond, and Cussy Arsenault and wife Michele of Rumford; grandchildren, Eric, Erin, Zachary, Alison, Nathan, Rachel, Derek, Chad, Courtney, Brandon, Damien, Dylan, Sydney; and several great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her mother Gertrude, her father John; sisters; and granddaughter Kali.

A Celebration of Connie’s Life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday Nov. 9, 2018, at SG Thibault Funeral Home, with Pastor John Gensel officiating. Interment will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Rumford.  Arrangements are under the care and guidance of S.G.
