POLAND — Here are the holes-in-one that were recorded at Poland Spring during the 2018 golf season.
Gary Weber of Lewiston aced the par-3 sixth hole on Thursday, October 4. He used a pitching wedge from 107 yards. This was Gary’s first ace. The event was witnessed by Arthur Jackman.
Sandra Ross of Gray aced the par-3 sixth hole September 17. She used a 7-iron from 107 yards. This was Sandra’s first hole-in-one. Duane Ross, Patrick Collins and Robert Gosselin Jr were the witnesses.
Scott Belanger of Minot aced the par-3 13th on Saturday, September 8. He used a 7-iron from 169 yards. This was Scott’s first hole-in-one. The event was witnessed by Ryan Cook, Rick Meagher and Dick Read.
Carol Hall of Casco holed out the sixth hole at Poland Spring on Sunday September 2. She used a 8-iron from 107 yards. This was Carol’s third ace. Loren Hall was the only witness
Marc Lasky of Poland aced the par-3 eighth hole at Poland on Saturday, July 7. He used a 7-wood from 184 yards. This was Marc’s fourth hole-in-one. It was witnessed by Dick Read, Rick Meagher and Stephen Berry.
Dick Record of Portland dropped in an ace on the par-3 eighth hole on Friday, June 22.. He used a 5-wood from 178 yards. This was Dick’s third ace. The event was witnessed by Pete Lacasse, Bob Giguere, and Charlie Record.
Reggie Gammon of Auburn aced the par-3 sixth hole on Thursday, June 21. He used a 5-hybrid from 132 yards. This was Reggie’s second hole-in-one. Alan Keene, Ken Luce and Brian Merrill saw the ace.
