SOUTH PARIS — After serving the local community for more than 13 years, Helga Thurston, founder and designated broker, has announced that Paris Cape Realty, 20 High St., will close at the end of 2018 due to recent health challenges.

Paris Cape Realty opened in 2005 and focused on quality from the beginning, in its advertising, client relationships, community involvement and business dealings. Those efforts paid off with hundreds of buyers and sellers choosing the business to represent them.

The success of the business would not have been possible without the outstanding real estate professionals who selected Paris Cape Realty as their preferred place of work. Janet Truman will be moving to Mahoosuc Realty and Terry Keiser to Belanger Realty, effective with the New Year.
