LIVERMORE FALLS — Police are investigating the theft of a .22-caliber pistol from a residence on Souther Road, Police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said Tuesday.

The Walther P22 was last seen about four months ago. The owner reported it stolen at 8:55 a.m. Tuesday, Steward said.

Officer Walter Bachelder is investigating.
