Kyah Ramsey screams before running off the porch after homeowner Jamie Amergian-Arey jumped out from behind her door Thursday night on Warren Avenue in Lewiston. After being reassured by her mother and grandmother, Ransey returned to get her treat on Halloween night. For the past 15 years Arey has been adding to her decorations and refining her technique of scaring the neighborhood kids. “Every year some of them say they won’t be scared but those are the ones who usually scream the loudest,” Arey said.
