Brandon Harris and his wife, Faythe, walk down an alley off Lisbon Street in Lewiston on Wednesday afternoon with one of 25 home-cooked meals for homeless people. “I was homeless for six months during the winter so I know what these people are going through,” Brandon said. “Somebody looked after me and helped me and I just want to do the same.” They also gave away socks and hats, and plan to do more in the future.
