WATERFORD — A driver was injured Monday morning in a single-vehicle accident at the intersection of Ben Hale and Staples roads, according to the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

The driver, who was not identified, was reportedly trapped in the vehicle and suffered injuries, including a possible broken hip, according to Chief Deputy James Urquhart.

Urquhart said snow and slick road conditions were factors in the crash.
