AUBURN — Auburn Housing Authority Chairman Art Wing recently became a National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials Certified commissioner.

He had four days of extensive training on professional ethical conduct, commissioners’ role and responsibilities, board governance and budget oversight and advocacy.
