Chester Connell, 72, of Paris has been honoring President Abraham Lincoln for over a decade. It helps that he looks a lot like Honest Abe too. Every President’s Day he visits Norway Rehab, Market Square and the Veteran’s Home as well as the Advertiser Democrat and stops in a few places along the way. When he isn’t wearing his stovepipe, he is a mechanic working on excavation equipment. A.M. Sheehan
