Teachers lined the school parking lot to send their students off for summer. Students have been learning remotely since the charter school was closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Principal Brittiny-Rae Perron said teachers will be sending home learning packets and offering remote learning activities such as a virtual field trip to a farm, online art classes and an exploratory website in place of the school’s summer session.
