Poland Community School’s Keiralyn Tapley has been named the Mechanic Falls, Minot and Poland Tri-Town Optimist Club’s March Regional School Unit 16 Student of the Month.

Keiralyn, a sixth grader, embodies what it means to be a role model, and always strives to do her best on assignments and often goes above and beyond what is asked of her, according to a news release from the school.
