The Telstar Lady Rebels ran their season record to 8-5, rattling off three consecutive wins at home.  After a road loss to Madison, the Rebels responded on “Senior Day” by defeating the  Richmond Bobcats by a score of 8-1 at Telstar HS.  Senior Co-Captain Brooklyn Kimball went the distance on the mound, striking out four while not issuing a walk.  Natasha Mason went 3 for 4 at the plate and drove in 3 runs for the Rebels.  Payton Berry was also 3 for four, while Shelby Thorman added a pair of hits.  Brooklyn Kimball, Jewel Smith, and Katie Evans also hit safely for the victors.

The Rebels had to come from behind, finally prevailing by a score of 9-8 in extra innings against the pesky Carrabec Cobras.  Natasha Mason pitched 5 1/3 innings earning the win with a four strikeout save credited to Brooklyn Kimball.  Mason was 2 for 4 at the plate, while scoring twice including the game winner in the 8th.  Makenzie Elliott went 3 for 4, while Macie Hallett added a pair of hits.  Sarah Chase, Brooklyn Kimball and Payton Berry added hits in the Rebels’ attack.

The Mountain Valley Falcons were the next visiting team vanquished by the Rebels by a score of 5 to 2. Tasha Mason went the distance on the mound, striking out four while yielding two runs on three hits. Mason helped her own cause by blasting a three run homer in the bottom of the sixth to take the lead. Macie Hallett, Jordan Berry, Sarah Chase, Payton Berry, and Brooklyn Kimball all hit safely for the Rebels.
