Dana Levasseur, owner of Mr. and Mrs. Sausage, serves a plate of loaded steak fries Thursday at his new temporary location on Center Street in Auburn. Levasseur, who is well known at fairs and festivals throughout Maine, had some open dates and used the opportunity to set up in town. The trailer will be in Auburn next week and some days in July.
