Barbara Ann (Corey) Rheaume

LEWISTON – Barbara Ann (Corey) Rheaume was born in Lewiston, Maine, on June 14, 1934, to Clayton and Lena (Worthley) Corey, followed by three sisters, Ada, Doris (Dottie), and Gladys. She was married to Roger Jean Rheaume on Feb. 28, 1953. She and her husband remained in Lewiston and raised their family. They had five children, Jacqueline, Debra, Cathy, Brenda and Stephen.

She will be remembered and missed by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren for her love of her family, warm hugs, squash cookies, passionate desire to win at cards, and ability to keep up with modern technology through the use of her computer (her lifeline), which allowed her to stay connected to her family during her final year amidst the Covid pandemic.

Barbara is survived by daughter, Jacqueline and husband David (Rocky) Federico, daughter, Debra and husband Terry Ireland, daughter, Cathy and husband Roger Vaillancourt and her son, Stephen; grandchildren, Chad Federico and wife Nicole, Stacey LaFlamme and husband David, Kaycee Theberge, Troy Theberge and wife Amanda, Lacey Deletetsky, Monica Fisher and Michael Fisher; great-grandchildren, Devon Federico, Maddie Tyus, Madison LaFlamme, Mason LaFlamme, Trinity Theberge, Elliott Theberge, Savannah Deletetsky, Adrianna Deletetsky and Estelle Theberge who is due to join our family at any time; and several nieces and nephews.

Barbara was predeceased by her parents and three sisters, her husband, Roger and her daughter, Brenda.

Our family takes comfort in the belief that she will be returning home to Roger’s loving arms and the love of our family, waiting on the other side. Until then Mom, Nana, Gram….We love you, Always and Forever.

Graveside committal prayers will be held privately.
