Pine Needles Quilters of Norway and South Paris announce their new meeting location behind the the Town and Country Mobile Home Village Office in Norway, Maine.  We invite you to join us each Thursday morning from 9:00 to Noon for sewing and fellowship as we endeavor to enrich our community with the love of quilting!

Breakfast
Delta Masonic Lodge will be doing a Breakfast at their Lodge Building at 920 Lovell Rd, Lovell Me on August 14 from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. for the very reasonable price of $8 each.
The menu will be Scrambled Egg and Sausage, Home Fries, French Toast, Pancakes (Plain & Blue Berry), Sausage & Biscuits, Baked Beans, Juice & Coffee.
Tuesday, August 17: Summer supper at the North Waterford Church (route 35, opposite Melby’s Eatery) from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Drive-through meal will include homemade chicken pot pie, squash, coleslaw, cornbread, and strawberry shortcake for dessert, all for $10. All are welcome! Please join us!
Supper
WEST PARIS — On Saturday, August 21, the American Legion Auxiliary Ring McKeen Unit 151, will host a public supper. Please contact Dorene at 207-674-2346 if you would like to reserve a meal. You may also eat in if you wish. The Auxiliary is asking for a $10 donation per person. The menu will consist of pot roast, mashed potato, green beans, dessert, and beverage. The Hall will be open from 4:30 pm to 6 p.m. The American Legion Auxiliary is a nonprofit organization that helps support Veterans and their families as well as programs for the community and children and youth.
Hebron historical
HEBRON — Retired forester Fred Huntress has researched the history of the early homestead property recently purchased in Hebron Center. This land also included a grammar school and graveyard. He will present his findings to the Hebron Historical Society at the Town Office, 351 Paris Road at 7 p.m. on Aug. 24. The public is invited. Masks are not required if vaccinated.
Lobster
PARIS — The Rotary Club of Oxford Hills invites you, your family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and anyone else to their 35th Annual Lobster Fest. It will be held as a curbside drive-thru on Saturday, August 21, from 4-6 p.m, at the Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School bus loop. The deadline for tickets is Sunday, August 15, and they must be purchased in advance for $25. Meal includes 1 lobster, clams, corn, chips, and a drink.
