Beverly A. “Peachy” (Kilbreth) Williams

LEWISTON – Beverly A. “Peachy” (Kilbreth) Williams, 80, of Livermore Falls, passed away after a lingering illness on Friday, August 27, 2021.

Peachy was born in Lewiston on Oct. 8, 1940, to Donald Kilbreth and Arlene (Brown) Hardirman Kilbreth. She attended school in Canton. Peachy worked over the years as a hairdresser, real estate agent and owned and operated Lady Di’s Florist.

Later in life she met James “Jim” Williams and they were married. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary in Mobile, Ala. She loved flowers and making floral arrangements.

Peachy is survived by her sons Russell Keene and wife Paula of Mississippi, and Joseph “Jet” Thompson and wife Mary of Alabama, her stepdaughter, Angel Calote of Mississippi; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren and one on the way; and many nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her parents; her son, Donald “Donnie” G. Keene; her grandson Jeremy Keene; her husband, Jim Williams; her brothers Robert “Bobby” Kilbreth, Alfred “Lee” Kilbreth, and Gerald “Bubba” Kilbreth, and her sisters Barbara Kilbreth, Virginia Crawford, Diane Kilbreth, and Patricia “Patty” Kilbreth.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 31 at First United Pentecostal Church, 11 Union St., in Livermore Falls. Arrangements by FINLEY FUNERAL HOME, 15 Church St., in Livermore Falls. Interment at Pine Grove Cemetery, Route 108, in Canton.
