NORWAY — The Table, located at 160 Main Street, continues to be busy, offering Weekly Free clothing give-away, free breakfast (Norway Grange), recovery groups, and kayaking on area bodies of water.

The Table offers free clothing on Tuesday and Wednesdays from 1-5 p.m., as well as the last Saturday of each month from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. There is a variety of clothing available for both genders and many sizes. The Table is located at 160 Main St. in Norway (across the road from the hospital). Staff will be on hand to help customers find specific clothing to aid in keeping an efficient flow through the building. We are seeking an alternate free space to house our clothing ministry. If you have an empty building space and are looking to give back to the community, we would be very interested in talking with you. We are also in great need of children’s lightly used or new clothing and shoes. Money to purchase new socks and underwear would also be very much appreciated.

The Table’s HOGs (Healthy Outdoor Group) will continue kayaking through October. Please follow The Table’s Facebook page for schedules. The HOG’s is a group of people enjoying the beautiful state of Maine and sharing it with others. The group is not a professional group.
