LIVERMORE FALLS — A brief event to remember the 2,977 men and women who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, will be held at Union Park.

A wreath will be placed at the First Responders Memorial at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 11.

Area fire chiefs, police and emergency responders have been invited and may speak, VFW Post 3335 Commander Don Frechette said Thursday, Sept. 2.

All area community members are invited to attend.
