Tammy Adams looks for a spot to plant a solar-powered lighted eyeball Monday afternoon on her front lawn in Auburn. She decorates for Halloween as a treat for her grandchildren and has learned a few tricks over the years. She bought some anchors last year at the hardware store after her foam gravestones blew away down the street, but they were returned by neighbors.
