A crew from Neokraft Signs constructs a retaining wall Wednesday morning behind the bandstand in the parking lot of Veterans Memorial Park on Main Street Lewiston. It’s where many Liberty Festival activities were held in the past. According to a spokesperson at the Lewiston business, it’s the first phase of a larger privately funded community improvement project the company plans to unveil this year.
