BUCKFIELD – Dale J. Bennett, 37, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday Dec. 26, 2021, in Sumner. He was born July 15, 1984, in Norway, a son of Roger E. Bennett and Debra (Pomerleau) Bennett.

Dale attended the local school system and completed his GED, he worked as a carpenter and auto mechanic. He was well known in the town of Buckfield and was always willing to help anyone who asked for help. Dale enjoyed outdoor activities, camping, fishing and all wildlife.

He was predeceased by his father Roger E. Bennett, maternal grandparents Roland A. and Janet A. Pomerleau, and paternal grandparents Stanley and Agnes Bennett.

He is survived by his loving mother Debra Bennett and significant other David Stair, his son Gavin Jack-Bennett. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Keeping with Dale’s wishes all services are private and at the convenience of the family, a burial will take place in the spring.
