John Roger Caux
AUBURN – John Roger Caux, 55, of Boston, died Feb. 9, 2022, at Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn, Maine, after a brief fight with cancer.
John was born June 27, 1966, in Lewiston, Maine, to Roger and Georgette (Marcoux) Caux.
After graduating from Lewiston High School, He continued his education at Northeastern University in Boston Massachusetts, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science followed by a Master of Business Administration.
John worked as a consultant and a software project manager. His job entailed traveling to New York City, Washington, D.C., and Kansas City. He also had international projects in London and Singapore.
He also enjoyed traveling for leisure as well, some of his favorite destinations included Hawaii, California and New Orleans, and international destinations of France, Aruba, and Mexico were also some favorites.
He enjoyed sailing cruises in Camden Harbor and also liked attending concerts. He traveled numerous times to see U2, his favorite band.
He is survived by his mother, Georgette Caux of Greene; and brother Michael Caux.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Caux.
A visitation will be held from 2-6 p.m., on Monday February 14, at the Fortin Group in Lewiston, 70 Horton St. with a prayer service at 10:30 a.m., on Tuesday February 15, and committal to follow at St. Peters Cemetery.
