With gasoline pumps covered with wooden boxes for the past few weeks and the convenience store closed over the weekend, many regular patrons of the 7-Eleven at 345 Main St. in Lewiston are asking what is happening. Owner and Manager Dalia Karim says the pumps are closed due to a problem with the underground tanks, and the store was closed temporarily to replace flooring, but is to reopen Monday morning.
