SUMNER — This hand-painted gourd is a visible symbol of support for the Ukrainian people by the Congregational Church of East Sumner. It is painted in yellow and blue with a sunflower–the colors of the Ukrainian flag and their national flower. The Church has sent $200 to support the refugees and will be hosting a fundraiser during the Annual Spring Sale on May 14. For more information, call Cyndy 388-2667
