LEWISTON — A vehicle backing out of a driveway Saturday morning at 24 Acadia St. in Lewiston hit a pedestrian, according to police.

The victim was taken to St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center with minor injuries, according to Derrick St. Laurent, public information officer for the Lewiston Police Department.
