Jeannette Andrews helps her daughter Claire, 5, look for books Wednesday at the Paris Public Library, as her son, Rory peeks around the corner of the stacks. Claire has a reputation for picking out books with particular themes. One week she enlisted a librarian to help her find small books that would fit in her purse. This week she is looking for books with mermaids, fairies, princesses or delicious food on the cover. “I like pretty books,” said Claire. Her brother Rory, 9, came in to play the Star Wars scavenger hunt. Rory is a big fan of the library’s scavenger hunts and completed the Easter hunt and the Harry Potter hunt earlier this year.
