This is in response to a letter from Terence McManus published May 12 regarding the recent Supreme Court leak. Kudos to him for writing it.

“Cui bono” indeed. It doesn’t take a lot of thought to realize that Republicans won’t benefit from the leak. What better way to divert attention from gas prices, inflation and Ukraine and help the current administration than to bring up abortion?

Midterms are coming soon, the administration is running scared and plenty of Republican women will lend them a hand.

I’m not hugely into conspiracies, but I can certainly see a rat involved in this issue. He’s wearing a ball cap with big D on it.
