The Oxford Hills Bridge Club plans to sponsor two games on Friday, June 24, to celebrate the longest day and earn money to support Alzheimer’s.
The club has been supporting this cause each year since 2014 in conjunction with the American Contract Bridge League.
Members invite all levels of bridge players; the club offers prizes and a free lunch.
Club games will be held at the Community Center at 221 King St. in Oxford. The first game begins at 9 a.m. and the second at 1:30 p.m.
Those who present donations of $100 can play both games at no charge. Those who offer donations of $50 can play one game for free.
The charge for the games are $25 each. Prizes will be awarded for all levels of play.
Those who would like to contribute can donate to any bridge player or call Pat Quinn at 207-461-5788, or mail a check to Quinn at 76 Otisfield Cove Road, Otisfield, ME 04270.
