
Thelma L. Gallant
AUBURN – Thelma L. Gallant a resident of Stevens Mills Road passed away May 25, 2022, peacefully after a long illness at the Androscoggin Hospice House with her loving family by her side. She was born in South Paris to Stanley and Della (Grant) Chapman.
She was employed a number of years for the former Etonic Shoe Company as an inspector. She enjoyed the great outdoors especially camping and fishing.
Survivors include her husband, Yvon; two sons, Donald Gallant and wife Julie, and Randall Schenk; three daughters, Cynthia Harrington and husband Steven Webster, Gloria Ames, and Jacqueline Hawk and husband Larry. Also surviving are many grandchildren; great- grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters.
Memorial services honoring Thelma’s life will be held 11 a.m., Saturday June 18, at Pinette Dillingham & Lynch Funeral Home 305 Alfred Plourde Parkway Lewiston. An informal gathering of friends and family are invited to come one hour prior to memorial services. Following the services there will be a reception of fellowship at the American Legion Hall #31, Washington St. Auburn in her honor.
