Thurl R. Duguay

RUMFORD – Thurl R. Duguay, 82, of Rumford, passed away suddenly early Monday morning July 11, 2022 at his home. He was born in Mexico on Sept. 24, 1939, one of nine children born to Desire and Evelyn (Strout) Duguay.
