Guy P. McAllister Jr.

SOUTH PARIS – Guy “Trolly” P. McAllister, Jr., 89, of South Paris, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022 at Maine Medical Center. He was born in Norway on Aug. 9, 1933, the son of Guy P., Sr. and Minnie Pratt McAllister.

He was loved by everyone that knew him. He was known to his family as “Father” or “Grampy”. To his friends and siblings as “Trol” or “Trolly”. No matter what you called him, he was referred to as a good man. One of a kind.

He was full of knowledge, which he shared with anyone who wanted to listen. He would joke with all and loved to make someone smile. He lived a long life and died peacefully surrounded by his family. He is loved and will never be forgotten.

He is survived by his sister, Irene McAllister; his son, Guy McAllister, III; his grandsons Guy McAllister, IV, David McAllister, Joshua McAllister and Jason McAllister, his granddaughters Adreana McAllister and Lori McAllister; his great-grandson, Bodhi Duran-McAllister, and his great-granddaughter, Ona Duran-McAllister.
